Cancellation Policy
Deposits Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
For appointments longer than 30 minutes a deposit of £50 per hour is required. Deposits are deducted from the balance payable for your treatment.
Fair Notice Policy
Missed appointments deny other clients access to treatment; therefore we operate a fair notice policy to enable us to look after as many of our patients as possible.
Need to re-schedule or cancel?
As a courtesy to clients waiting for appointments please give us at least 48 WORKING HOURS’ NOTICE to move an appointment. If sufficient notice is provided, your deposit will be re-allocated to your re-scheduled appointment.
We do understand that sometimes emergencies come up and schedules change at the last minute. If you are unable to provide the notice outlined above your deposit will be lost.
